Muscle Injuries: Modern Rehabilitation & Return-to-Play Strategies

A specialized webinar dedicated to lower limb muscle injuries and modern rehabilitation strategies applied in the elite sport environment.

The webinar focuses on understanding muscle architecture, injury mechanisms, and biological phases of healing, connecting theoretical knowledge with practical rehabilitation and return-to-play progression guidelines.

Particular emphasis will be given to the most common muscle injuries of the lower extremities, the differences between sprint-related and stretch-related injuries, as well as the objective criteria used for a safe return to competitive activity.

Purpose

During the webinar, participants will acquire the necessary skills to:

• recognition and understanding of the most common muscle injuries of the lower extremities,
• the analysis of healing phases and tissue regeneration mechanisms,
• the design of progressive rehabilitation loading strategies,
• the differentiation of rehabilitation approaches depending on the mechanism of injury,
• and the implementation of evidence-based return-to-play criteria.
